Founded in 1984 per Pierre Pécoul, it was taken again in 1996 by Philippe and Guylaine Cordesse. Philippe CORDESSE, nephew of P. Pécoul, wire, grandson and great-grandson of wine merchants, fact of the reception and quality a consumed art .
At Cordesse, the love of the wine and table are business of family. Already kid, it followed his grandfathers on the plates of Aubrac to deliver the wine and to seek it in the areas. Pots and other entries are prepared house . The conserve of duck and the andouillettes appear among the traditional ones as well as a large range of meats, cut on the spot. The desserts, also house , go from fine tart to apples to the Tatin tart, according to the season, while passing by the caramel custards with the flower of orange tree or the burned creams. | |
